Improve your level of completion on responsibilities. Maturity comes not from age but the willingness to learn from situations as the come to you. Your maturity shows in the choice that you make & how you handle adversity.

Consider you first reaction, think if it is mature? Do it or do the opposite.
Grown Up isn't an age, it is a state of mind. One of them being, Think before you act or speak. It is your actions that show maturity

In my opinion, one of the best maturing activities anyone can do is helping others solve their problems by being of service to those around you who are in need: elderly, small children, working mothers or fathers, teenagers on the corner??You should be able to find someone to assist. Learning and practicing taking care of others helps that 'selfish' side we all have to work to not give in to. VOLUNTEER!
good luck and I wish more people wanted to improve themselves. thx.

i know this isn't much help but i was MUCH happier when i was less mature coz i could just forget things and joke and not let them get to me. why don't you try doing some voluntary work in an old peoples home or something coz they wont like it if you are immature. listening to people also helps

I have the same problem, and I'm younger. Know when to laugh, when to be serious, and try to live a little bit. And try to avoid saying comments that could be offensive. That helps me a lot.
