I dont go out much, like 5 times a year or so, and this comming weekend I'm going out. I dont wanna seem bland in front of my friends, so when time to order at the club, what is a good mixed drink to order. I only reallly know of the bahama mamma and the alabama slammer?

Long Island Ice tea, tastes, looks like tea, but with a LITTLE kick...enjoy!! A hurricane is a fruity punch like drink that is good as well.

Go with the old tried and true -- order a Pina Colada. They are fruity, delicious and you will appear suave and cosmopolitan in front of your friends. Don't drink more than 3 of them though!!

Tequila Sunrise. 1800 Tequila, Orange Juice and circle the glass rim with Grenadine. Garnish with a Cherry and Orange slice and you're good to go.

Mojito's are pretty popular now. It is a rum based drink with mint and lime. Its not too fruitty, but the lime cuts the taste of the rum, and the mint is refreshing, so you could drink them all night without having to switch to a different drink.

My personal favorite is called a purple hooter or purple viper. (well or top shelf). Its made of a 3-3-2 count of vodka, razzmatazz (well) or chambord (top shelf), and cranberry. It has a sweet, little tart, raspberry flavor when they are done right. you shouldnt taste the vodka. Its also good to make them with absolute or better. As in alot of places you have to tell them what is in it, so this one is easy. Ive found more people know it as a purple hooter though. Yummy! Now I want one! Damn work!

Vodka and Cranberry. It's a good drink for someone who hasn't acquired the taste for alcohol. I think you'll like it.

Flavored martini's are nice like " sour apple, watermelon or strawbery." I also like margaritas you can never go wrong there bananna, pina-colada or try a cadilac margarita, its triple sec, whiskey sour and grand marinier! or a champayne spritzer... just make sure your stomach is full or you'll regret it and don't mix drinks like beer and well drinks or cham and beer go with what you know and love honey!

Cosmopolitan. It comes in a martini glass. It's Vodka, triple sec and a splash of cranberry (just enough to give it a girly pink color).
