Hi there...once a cat has been spayed they are unable to go into heat because their reproductive organs has been removed so the hormones are not present as well. Hematuria (blood in urine) generally is indicative of a urinary tract disorder and merits a visit immediately to the veterinarian. If the blood is in the feces, it could be intestinal parasites, straining while defecating or something more medically critical. Be sure to save the freshest sample of feces in a plastic bag (date, time of sample with name of cat and your last name) so that the veterinarian can do a fecal floatation exam for intestinal parasites.

For you people giving wrong information, I ve worked in a vet hospital for 10 years and yes I have seen cats come in that have not been desexed properly and the reproductive organs not removed entirely so YES it is possible, but I dont think this is the case with your cat, the bleeding definitly should not be there and you should take the cat to the vet... Now.

No it is not possible and no it is not normal, You should call your vet in head of time to let him know what the problem is. Check the cat for open wounds and check the well privit part to see if you can see any bleeding. But yes you should take your cat to a vet. Good luck

You definately need to take your cat to the vets. Desexing removes all of the bits needed to go on heat so it is definately NOT possible.
Take her to the vets - good luck I hope she's ok.

I do not think cats should go into heat, but I am a teacher and not a vet, so ask your vet to be sure!

Yes cats can come into season when they have been desexed.
Sometimes, since a cats ovaries are sooo tiny, a microscopic part of the ovary can be left behind and this piece still gives out enough hormones to make the cat come into season.
However when cats are in heat you usually do not see blood, so take your cat to vet as most likely she has cystitis and needs some antibiotics.

No take her to the vet her wound may have opened up or she has a bladder infection, danger signals like this could be an indication of kidneys/infection/ruptures/(has she fallen)intestinal parasites/worms.Cats do not bleed when they are in season!Dogs do though! I know you are scared but ask your family for help and go to the vet.Cats do still have the natural inclination,it is in their hormones ,tom cats still prowl and guard their territory to protect their queens who still mother everyone and protect their nest.

I have one that seems to get overly affectionate at certain times and she was altered at about four months, so we joke that they didn't get all her hormones.
However, what you have going on sounds a little stranger than that. I'd have her checked by a vet ASAP because any bleeding should be cause for concern.
