Hi, it is good that you care about this,I believe that God expects us to be practical about things like this and has not set a particular limit, according to our state in life that is our responsibities(Marriage&children etc) we have to be practical,if you can do this even once a week or even once a month I think God would be well pleased.

Jesus didn't really command us to go and visit people in hospital per se. He said, "I was sick and you visited me." If you look at the other similar things he said, you can see that the basic gist of what he was saying was, "I had a need, and you met it." A person who helps another who may need help with, say, drug addiction, will still receive the same commendation; Jesus obviously could not describe every need in existence. It is the spirit of what is being said that is important. You don't necessarily have to go to a hospital to meet the needs of others.

I am not sure. I prefer the part about God's peace and love feelings:
(Deuteronomy 20:10-14)
As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms for peace. If they accept your terms and open the gates to you, then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor. But if they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the town. When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man in the town. But you may keep for yourselves all the women, children, livestock, and other plunder. You may enjoy the spoils of your enemies that the LORD your God has given you.

It means you should be thankful you are healthy and have feelings for others that areen't as well off as you.
There is no time schedule you do what you can it's something you do from your heart.
