BANGALORE, INDIA, January 22, 2007: Federal police were deployed and schools were shut in India's technology hub of Bangalore on Monday after communal rioting between Hindus and Muslims left one 12-year-old boy dead and dozens of people hurt. Protests by thousands of Muslims against last month's execution of Saddam Hussein in Iraq sparked a chain of violence over the weekend between the minority Muslims and nationalist Hindus, police and witnesses said. Riot police patrolled empty streets of downtown Bangalore on Monday but operations in the city's numerous software firms and call centers, mostly outside the city centre, were unaffected.
Muslims protesting against the execution of Iraq's toppled president clashed with police on Friday, ransacking shops owned by Hindus and burning at least 15 cars. Protesters at a rally on Sunday of the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (National Volunteer Corps) then attacked shops owned by minority Muslims and stoned vehicles, forcing police to fire on rampaging crowds, killing the boy. Police said at least 150 people had been arrested on Sunday.

I don’t think it has something to do with religion but with people. We had a similar kind of scenario involving two religious parties clashing with each other in one part of the island about an incident which has occurred in another part.
Cases such as this, when dealing with the problem, it is important to figure out the situation as well as the people separately and address accordingly which will not cause more violence.

Muslims are parasites.....ISLAM it is NOT a religion....It is a cult... Trouble is these muslims don't have the sense or intellegence to know it. This cult is trying to rule the world.....What these followers don't understand is they will lose all there freedom when this happens....take HAMAS.. the won't let you have parties or happy weddings. over a year ago they shoot people singing at a wedding....these people were muslims who died. Having visited India many times I find that the people are quite volatile (once went to a small cricket match where the crowd tore the seats up and burnt them on the pitch because the other side won) and, in common with the French, they are quick to take to the streets to make their point. It has nothing to do with being Hindu, Muslim or anything else.

Half of India was given to the Muslims to stop violence and still they get attacked. What more do these Muslims want?

This is called selfish brotherhood....alas present in many Muslims around the world.....Brotherhood is good, but when it comes supporting even the worst , then it is very bad....if these people keep on behaving like this, when would there be peace in the middle east..
u know i read the Koran.....and i admit that this holy book is a source of inspiration for demagogues and people having political aims to influence others and inviting them to be violent

Great Christian question.. same reason ya'll do what ya do.. The crusades never stopped.. neither have the Jihads.. I just hope you two eventually wipe each other out and i dont have to worry about either of you.. In fact i encorage you to kill each other as a religious group.. Make my life much easier if both of you were gone.
Go for it I'll watch.. (no Sh*t.. I'd pay good money for the tickets in fact)

Because they're religious people, and like all religions, their blind devotion to ancient myths and dusty old books makes them crazy. They're still not half as vile as Christians.
