This was published alongside the formal response to the report into the death of Victoria Climbié. I have looked into this , its part of my course work. Does anyone else know of any abuse cases that have made the government make any radical changes to social services and they way that it is run ?
Thank you..

yea, I had a major back operation in 1981 and I was sent to heswall hospital to learn how to walk again.

This hospital was also for children who had emotional problems. There where a few who came from care homes. Some of them who had the worst time were sent to a care home in Wales where they where subjected to abuse by paedophiles.

I can't remember the name of the homes or the subsequent report, but this lead to a major change
