Why is he your EX in the first place. Have the issues that caused the breakup been resolved, or are you just missing having him around? I would think this thing through thoroughly. Remember the saying "watch what you ask for"? Take heed.

don't wear too much make-up, wear as little clothing as possible(skimpy shorts, a tube top), smell good and make sure everything is easily accessible...smile a lot, but act like you two are friends and you are happy he came to see you. He'll eventually jump you and you can take it from there...
