Sagging breasts are a natural result of pregnancy. The best you can do is to wear a good supportive bra. Doing push-ups will also help strengthen the ligaments that hold you breasts, making them a little less saggy.
Unfortunately, the current standard of beauty does not include less-than-perky breasts, which IMO is wrong. After all, motherhood is the ultimate expression of femininity, and less-than-perky breasts are part and parcel of motherhood.
Stretch marks are problematic. While they do fade to silvery lines eventually (how quickly depends on your skin type), they never really go away.
Many women have asked on Y! Answers whether men find stretch marks a horrible turn-off, and the men have almost always answered that they either don't notice the marks or that they couldn't care less about them.
No cream (whether applied before or after pregnancy) can prevent or remove stretch marks, as they are damage to a very deep layer of the skin. Retin A can help fade them (available with a prescription).
I know it is disturbing to find your body has changed irrevocably, but it's a part of life and there is not much we can do about it.
If you are disappointed in your body, think about the amazing feat it just accomplished: growing a beautiful baby and delivering him/her!

I can't help you on the saggy breast question, I'm not sure after our breasts go through all the changes with pregnancy and breast feeding if they can ever get back to normal. I can help you out with the stretch marks question though. I gained about 40 pounds with each of my children...so you can imagine that I had pretty prominent stretch marks. My husband new I was very self-conscience about this and one day when he went to CVS or somewhere like that, he asked the pharmacist what was the best cream for combating stretch marks. The pharmacist recommended Maderma and my husband bought it for me...you don't need a prescription. It's expensive and after you've used it a few times, you will itch like crazy and you skin will peel (similar to a sunburn)...but it worked wonders on my stretch marks. I highly recommend it!

i'm at present breastfeeding my 6 month previous daughter, and that i've got certainly no stretch marks or sagging. the secret's to maintain your breasts moisturized and positioned on an extraordinarily supportive bra. i'm a CNA and artwork with many old who while that they had little ones had no determination yet to breastfeed lots of the time. One woman specially comprises strategies as quickly as I talk approximately this so i'm going to tell you approximately her. each time I help her with a shower she seems down at her breasts and feedback at how large, finished and perky they are even after nursing her 4 daughters! actually, they actually do no longer look that undesirable. the completed component of my rambling is to provide help to comprehend that in case you're taking ideal care of your self you will possibly be able to desire to have the convenience in understanding your breasts will hold their shape, and you're giving your toddler the main suitable nutrition there is to grant!

they probably will stay saggy- welcome to motherhood. Same goes for the stretch marks- they will get lighter and fade more over time- but you'll always have them. Creams don't make them go away- many women think that using them after is when to do it- but really the creams are made the help your skins elasticity and are meant to be used as a preventative measure BEFORE hand- so you don't get them in the first place.
