I wore a cameo necklace...wasn't a choker, but wasn't too long either. I wore simple/small diamond and white gold hoop earrings (they were short). My veil was the length of the train of my dress, no blusher. I removed the veil for the reception. I did not wear gloves or a bracelet. The only jewelry i wore on/around my hands was my engagement and new wedding band......which EVERYONE wants to look at!! Have a great time at your wedding, and congratulation!

i don't like the idea of gloves because then nobody can see your ring and it's too over the top.....i'm a very simple person......my dress was strapless and my hair was done for day one so i wore a crucifix necklace that is a family heirloom and the only ring i wore that day on my hand was my wedding and engagement ring.i also wore two bangle bracelets that were also family heirlooms....for the second day i had my hair up and i wore a different dress but still strapless so i wore a different necklace and simple diamond stud earrings and no bracelets.......as for my viel it was cathedral length but only two teirs i didn't want anything to fluffy or too thick tht it covered the back of my dress because my dress had a beautiful design in the back
it just all depends on what you like.....little jewelry, lots, or none at all.....thats whats great about strapless dresses. everything works! Congrats!

Gloves are a pain brides!!!! Weddings rings are meant to go on and stay on, you cant get you groom to put the ring on over the glove cos if you had it fitted right it wont fit over the glove and you cant stand there and fiddle trying to get gloves off, yes they are cute and look cool but just aint practical for a wedding situation where you are dealing with rings. as for strapless gown with a necklace, necklaces work well to break a bare chest and shoulders a simple necklace that falls just below or on the colar bone looks brilliant but make sure its not going to take away from the dress, if its a simple peice it means it will be cheap and you can wear it again. make sure if you are going to wear braceley earings and necklace that they are a set or at least look like they coule be a set, opt for the same cut in the stones. if you are doing pearls get pearls as close to the shade of white that your dress is in and don't do a bracelet with those. otherwise all the best, have a perfect wedding and a great marriage

No necklace it will make it to crowed in that area of your neck, long earing that dangle, make it simple no colour just silver or white gold
No gloves if the veil is long, it will look to bunchy and wont go right with one another. A simple thin very think bracelet can do, but nothing chuncky.
You could wear a necklace only if it was closer to your neck, nothing chocking you but something simple like perals, but only white, if you are wearing a short peral necklace than make sure the bracelet is than no longer and the earing would have to be perals as well.

If the gown has a lot going on then I wouldn't do a necklace. If it's plain and simple then go for a necklace. I think a bracelet is always appropriate, of course not w/gloves and it would look better if you wore a bracelet w/out a necklace. I usualy see gloves w/fintertip veils. but I'd never wear gloves, that's waaay too formal and traditional... and tacky.

I have a strapless gown. I have a necklace & earrings, but they don't hang or anything. I also have a bracelet, but I'm actually only wearing it because it was part of the set. And considering I paid a decent amount for the set, I'm wearing the whole set. :)

I wore a short silver necklace with Swarovski crystals, no earrings, and a Swarovski crystal bracelet.
I didn't wear gloves and had a veil that went to my elbows.
What you should wear with our dress should depend a lot on the style of the dress. my dress had crystals on it, no lace or embroidery, and asymmetrical sashes on the bodice. So pearls wouldn't have worked for me, and gloves seem to traditional looking to me since my dress was very modern styled.
I didn't want to go overboard on jewelry with earrings as well as necklace & bracelet since my dress was already sparkly.
good luck!

i wore a diamond choker which consisted of brilliant and emerald cut stones with matching stud earrings with a single droplet....the bracelet i wore were 3 strands of my necklace.....
i did not wear gloves and my veil was to my mid back.....
i also wore a very small tiara also made the same as my choker and bracelet....
the pieces i designed myself and had 1000's of comments on them....i still wear them now when we have formal occassions...and i love them...

for myself, i have a strapless gown and I'm not wearing gloves, this isn't Cinderella. I will wear a diamond (not real) choker and my diamond tennis bracelet I wear all the time. My veil is long and I will only be wearing it for the church.
