i am talking about shampoo and conditioners.
Also, I have really frizzy hair. Any recommendations or advise would be great thanks.

I wouldn't reccomend any of them. I went to cosmetology school, we learned about thoes products. They contain waxes. So, at first your hair will appear to be shinny, but its only wax coated. So, the next time you wash it coats it agian. Eventually the hair follicle becomes too heavy and causes breakage. So, if your hair tends to be frizzy already you dont want breakage! I reccomend Paul Mitchell Shampoo and Conditioners. You may want to use something with Awapui. Oh, and remember that if you shop at the supermarket, that's not Paul Mitchell. Only get it from your salon!

I think u should use DOVE it will make ur fizzy hair smooth & clear! Its the best conditioner?Believe me! I m having good results from dove it really works!

Try Dove shampoo with conditioner, which i found it good.
Never try garnier thought....

try products like anti fizz or frizz ease...
