Everybody's hair grows differently, and the rate can change, so there is no one easy answer for this. In the past has your hair grown faster? If so then it will most likely continue that way, if it generally grows slow, then there's your answer.

Hormones, stress, enviornment, and treatment can affect your hair growth too.

take a hair oil massage regularly [atleast thrice a week]
in summers put coconut oil as it is cool & keeps our head cool too!
use a good shampoo))
be careful while applying hair conditioner to hair because if conditioner goes to the roots of hair then u can have dandruff in hair or u can have some hair problems like itching or not able to have the proper growth of hair...
try to save your hair from dust and if u can also save hair from pollution then it would be great***
comb your hair many times a day and definitely comb your hair before sleeping, after waking up, while going somewhere or your hair gets messed up!
oops... i don't know anything else!!

It depends on your inherited genes. If you want to know how fast your hair would grow, ask your parents how fast do their's grow.
