Despite prior answers, the QUALITY of a relationship greatly influences the TIME of the relationship. If you have a good quality relationship (open and honest communication, unselfish, freely compromise, mutual commitment, loyalty, and overall devotion) for each other you will both want to spend more time with each other.

Is there more to your question?

Well quality time of course! Who cares how much time you spend with someone if you don't connect when you are doing it. Do the memories you hold close to your heart about your past and your childhood consist of how many times you did something or are they held close to your heart because they actually touched you? Always always make the most and the best of every moment and you will never again have to ask yourself that question. Live life like it may not be there tomorrow, because it just might not.
