I think that it is better to love. Not saying that you are "In Love" with them but that you care and have love for them. You can always hate what a person do and hate the way that they act but overall it is better to have love for a person, since its better on your mind and spirit. If you hate a person more than likely you will be focused on them most of the day and how much you hate them instead of being focused on more positive happy things. So love instead of hate, its better for the mind body and soul. Hate causes stress and stress equals sickness and maybe death. Be safe.

see i have to say hate!
at least then you know how you feel and no where you stand and cant get hurt cos your already at the bottom so nothing can be said or done to make you feel any worse for the person at all.
dont get me wrong i like being in love, but had my heart broken to many times that sometimes i wonder if there really is happiness out there and if it is worth all the heartache that comes with it!

Love and hate are like two sides of the same coin. In either case, you are going to invest a huge amount of your time and energy into this other person. One makes you and your lover feel good, the other makes both of you feel negative and miserable.
I think the choice is obvious.

think love feels better, but it comeas at the cost of leaving yourself emotionally vulnerable.
Hate is a strong emotion, and it can be good when it is a release, but is a destructive emotion.
Neither emotion could exist without the other, howver, as they are both two sides to the same, therefore both are essential emotions.

y would you want to hate someone love of course is better its a wonderful feelin unlik hate it just makes you angry and sometimes depressed jus love and forgive rather than hate and fight.....
