Because she wants what she hasn't got, and she wants you have...make it plain to her that if she is any kind of friend that she will back off and be a friend by leaving your man alone, let her know upfront that if she wants the friendship to break up...she is going the right way about it if she don't leave your man and find her own.

wow, i experienced this before maybe until now. my bf and i always fighting bec of this issue. i was so scared that he may also fall for her. i dont want to destroy our friendship, so i decided to talk to her and release my observation. definitely she will deny. she is very obvious but no admission on her part. she even ask for his mobile, so i gave my other number. why dont u talk to her? tell her that she must value your friendship. put into her mind that your bf is not the only man in the whole world.
