Hold on! Don't quit from this World! You have to try to beat your depression. And be careful that you don't become too dependent on drugs.

Before you give up, think about why your brain is not functioning the same...

Is it something you want or need mentally or physically?

Or, do you feel confused and unable to focus?

Are you depressed about your life or the people in it?

I'm depressed, what do you think may be wrong with me? Relate it to your current situation. Maybe we can help each other. But don't quit!

For sure antidepressants can help. You can get a drug called "Citalopram" 20 mg and take one tablet in the morning....you need to take it for at least 6 months..It takes at least three weeks to see the effect..it might make you a little bit drowsy 3 hours later when you take it but that is ok...It will improve your sleep....Also I suggest you get good books about depression and read a lot about it on the internet....

The same drugs go by different names in diffrent countries, but if you can find welbuterin/zyban that's a good one. They should have prozac, but that doest work for everyone.
