I know a very fussy little boy and he loves this smoothie, one way of getting fruit into him without him realizing it....
4 cubes ice
half a glass of milk
1 ripe banana
tablespoon of honey
small handful raspberries or strawberries
Just use of blender or smoothie machine. To make it seem like a 'grown up'drink,I put a paper cocktail umbrella in with the straw.

Buy frozen strawberry slices. The kind without sugar are best. Put them in the blender or bullet with enough either milk or orange juice to cover and a little sugar or sugar substitute to taste. Blend and enjoy. (One of my kids likes juice, one milk.) You can also add bananas or substitute other frozen fruit such as peaches . Or any combo of frozen that you like.

I do not name this a smoothie. I call it "Sunshine Drink". I used to give this drink to my children when they were sick. It´s a delicious and nutritious drink.
1 glass

1 egg yolk
½ - 1 tablespoon sugar
1 dl orange juice
1 - 1½ dl milk (or cream)

NB. 1 dl = 1/2 cup

*****
1. Beat egg yolk and sugar until thick and lemon colored
2. Add orange juice
3. Add milk and blend at high speed for about 1 minute.

We have started having one every morning. Usually if my kids can pick one ingredient to put in they will be happy.
I usually use fruit, whichever you choose, frozen or fresh.
add milk, yogurt plain or flavored. (I try to always add this as one of my kids doesn't drink milk or much dairy products so I try to add it wherever possible)
and ice cubes.
You can mix whatever flavors you would like or have on hand. Kids usually enjoy making up there own version. Today we had a pineapple coconut smoothie.

How old is he? has teeth?
Roast wheat flour adding a table spoon of ghee(optional) until you get a nice fragrance. allow it to cool. take 2-3 spoons of this roasted flour, add cold water and mix well. keep it on the stove, add milk and cook. you can add more milk for required consistency. Cook for 2min. keep stirring. Finally add cashews and almonds. Add one more spoon of ghee(optional). Serve hot.

Sorry, I thought nice smooth thing, not smoothie. But try this if u don't know it already.
