I love strawberry shortcake. White cake, after it cools poke it a bunch with a fork, pour strawberry jellow liquid over it.( use the mix with only the hot water and omit the cold). Put it in the fridge, and let it cool. Cover it with Cool Whip and if you like, decorate with real strawberries. It's not hard, it's light, and DELICIOUS! I get it every year for my birthday.
