"The military's new weapon is a ray gun that shoots a beam that makes people feel as if they will catch fire.
The technology is supposed to be harmless -- a non-lethal way to get enemies to drop their weapons."

Where did you get this info? Does the beam have to hit them or just be close? IT is hard enough to hit them with bullets, how do you hit them with a ray gun.

It's called the "Active Denial System" and it not really a ray gun.

Basically it's a radio antenna that's used to radiate very high amounts of electro-magnetic radiation in a specific frequency band that actually heats your skin up (but usually not enough to cause a physical burn).

If you still want more information google "Active Denial System" and you will get all the latest articles about it.

I shoot 25 (0.5 a field) at each aim, a 6" "black" @ 25 yards.. I count extensive style the misses, no longer the hits. by skill of misses I advise "out of the black". I song my share hits. purpose = a hundred% in a 6" "black" section. I in many situations run approximately eighty 5% to 87% on 6-8 goals with my centerfires on a style day. not often I hit a hundred% on a single aim. i ought to paintings on that greater. With rimfire i will hit ninety 5%, and a hundred% on a single aim are lots greater basic, yet i've got have been given a miracle gun for my .22.
