we stretch because it prevents us from pulling or injuring our muscles, it also lets the muscle "breathe". Stretching has MANY benefits like releasing tension (which is always good!). Do you know the feeling when youve been sitting down for a long period of time, and then once you stand up, you feel much better? Its the same concept for your muscles. if its in the same position or it hasnt been stretched out in a while, it gets "anxious" to do so...does this make any sense?!? i hope so :)

It literally stretches our muscles, releasing tension. Also it warms them up and allows opportunity for improvement via exercise. It is best done before activity in the morning and before sleep. If you plan to exercise a good ten to fifteen minutes will greatly improve results as well reduce chances of injury.

we stretch because we need to grow more fonder...the muscles will stretch and contract and also you have an exercise either...it is good to have stretching so that you cannot fill pain on your body..and once more you cannot get sick easily and you can grow taller..
