I know how you feel, I like watching horror movies and could not give up no matter how fearful I am. I have the same feeling like some one is watching me or behind me. Me either have not seen anything strange. Recently I watch a Thai horror movie and the last part remained in my memory that the ghost actually sitting on his shoulder. Very scary and my hair stands when I am typing these answer. I dare not even go to toilet at night for a few days after watching that movie.
I am stuck like you too!! Any way there a few release on horror movies now!! I am contemplating to see or not to see. We are not mad but we are just giving in to our fear. Pray!!

do the math - if for every year 1 % of the people who die where to become ghosts from when man has walked the earth then the world is cram full of ghosts. Still (if they did exist) they never bother you. So if you wish to believe they exist - they have always left you alone - so leave them alone.
As for the feeling that someone is watching you - that is pretty much normal paraniod feeling everyone has had some time. Common due to stress in life and lack of sleep, although stimulatants can cause the problem to appear worse.

o.k. listen to me I am bipolar. But I feel things watching me and people in my room even in the shower. I take a candle and look every where. Then I say protect me Jesus. I can't sleep except with a light. I really believe their are ghosts some good some bad. But I think when you watch scary movies you invite them in by believing they are real.I hope this helps.

Get yourself a indoor cat. We have six cats and when someone is coming up the stairs all their ears perk up and their heads turn to stare at the door. The other thing to do is give up horror movies for awhile. The imagination is a powerful thing.

it is common for teen aged girls ,first do not watch horror movies at all or at least at nights, try to have some soft light over night in your bed room,if things persist then you should seek some psychiatric help.

Stop watching horror flicks, even if you like them. Its obviously not good for you, like cigarettes. People like to smoke, but lots of them quit. I can't watch horror flicks either, they give me terrifying dreams, I mean nightmares. For now, turn on the TV, put something funny on (I mean on TV. not funny clothing)
