Smile a lot next time you see him...be sexy and alluring and when the opportunity presents itself, rub his nutz gently and say "I was wrong for the way I came off...I want you, now!" And then follow through. Or, leave him the hell alone and go tease someone else.

the only way u can let him know is by telling him. if u feel conscious about dioing it directly u can ask him out for dinner or something and they eventually bring the topic up. if he still interested i am sure he will respond.

Apologize, he may still not want anything to do with you, however it frees him from believing it was something about him and may make him feel better about himself, it's only fair.
