I had the opportunity to chat with him...they are soulmates from the feeling they display for one another. She want to go to India to married from US and they eventually will move back to India. Should she make the first move visit him in India...or should he come to the states to meet her first. This will be their first meeting.

Hi Janu.... i agree to what most of the people who have replied to your query. Soulmates are easy to get when each of the partners are miles apart ( overseas in this case) but then the soul is bared only on knowing the person over a period of time. This life not a movie where the time frames are shrunk.
Coming to the trip to india i do not see a problem provided she is accompanied by some of her friend .. just to help out if the person is found to be a fraud.

If this is their first meeting, he should come to her. People are very good at pretending to be someone they are not when there is a computer and thousands of miles between them. If he ends up being a creep, better that she meets him at home on familiar territory then to be in a foreign country all alone. My friend thought she was in love with someone from the internet, went to California to meet him and the guy raped her. Better to be safe then sorry

BE VERY CAREFUL......i MEAN IT THERE WAS A GIRL FROM MY HOME TOWN THAT HAD MADE A SOULMATE SO SO CONNECTION SHE WENT TO HIS TOWN TO MEET HIM AND NEVER RETURNED THE POLICE ARE STILL INVESTIGATING THE GUY THEY KNOW THAT THEY MET ON THAT DAY AT HIS PLACE THEN HE SAID SHE LEFT TO GO BUY SOME CIGARETTES AND NEVER CAME BACK TO HIS PLACE THE POLICE SUSPECT HE HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH HER DISSAPERANCE SO FOR GOD SAKES LET HIM COME TO HER AND MEET IN A PUBLIC PLACE BRING SOME ONE WITH YOU FOR THE FIRSTS MEETINGS HAVE THE GUY CHECKED OUT ALSO SHE DOES'NT KNOW REALLY WHO HE IS EVEN IF SHE THINKS SHE DOES BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY AND MAKE HIM PAY FOR HIS OWN TRIP ALSO SO TO BE SURE HE IS NOT USING HER TO GET OVER HERE THIS IS A TRUE STORY IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND STILL IS FOR HER FAMILY PLEASE BE CAREFUL LORIE

I have read horror stores of people going to other countries, one guy went to columbia, his body was tortured bank account stolen, and body was burned alive. Have him go to the United States if it is true love for the safety of her. I think online relationships over seas is a big mistake, and he could be pretending so he could just get into the United States.

You cannot judge a person just by chating with him or by visiting him one or two time I think your friend should give this relationship a longer time before going ahead sure she can go to india their she will frind out exactly that if their realtionship is good enough to take it forward.
