I've been thinking of u lately, c ya later!! .what do all this mean like do he stil care about me or something? if not then explain please im really wondering.
p.s Its hard to ask him im not online much i dont think hes able to call me cause hes in colloage he was visting his family when he sent the email.

It all depends on how you feel about him. But from my own experience, when you tend to hook up with an ex problems may arise.
When you broke up, you broke up for a reason. However, when you meet after a while you tend to forget the bad and only see the person with the good side that you fell for in the past.
This could get messy if you let yourself drift into something new and then one day wake up to the realization that you have reached when you broke up in the first place.
Saying that, there is no reason why you shouldn't be civil with him. Perhaps you could send him a reply email thanking him for thinking about you.

It seems to me that you still have feelings for you EX. lol. Nothing wrong with that but dont get to happy about things. It seems that in a way he misses you but not quite sure to what degree. He could miss your conversation, sex (sorry to be blunt), company, etc. So that kind of requires that you leave him the phone number to call him and truly find out. Nothing wrong with having a little conversation with him. Oh yeah and im in college and that doesnt stop me from calling people at home so yeah if he really wants to talk to you (which it seems like it) then give him the number and find out.

When the holidays arrive, people get wistful and nostalgic. It's the time of year we think about people we once knew, and feel lonely even when we're surrounded by others who love us, and whom we love.
So it's also the time we do web searches on old flames' names, and stuff like that. He found your email address, and sent you a note because he was thinking fond thoughts of you.
Does that mean he wants to get back together? Maybe, maybe not. Likely he's just missing certain parts of his past, and in a weak moment pinged you to chat, in hopes that it would cheer him up.
Of course you might end up starting up things again, but odds are it will just be a "remember when?" kind of call.

He probably started thinking about you when he came back and got alot of old feelings again.If it wasnt a reeally bad relationship well maybe you guys should talk on the phone or online since hes in college.who knows maybe there something still there.

Just ignore it or give him the number, briefly talk, say you are busy--thanks for calling--goodbye...It isn't always going to be a problem but if it is--handle it like an adult. He's in college and will probably want to just say HI--hopefully he has a lot of homework to keep him busy. You just be nice and evade him like a lady---good luck

it sounds like he has been wondering how u are doing. he could still have an interest, but dont expect it. u should contact him, just acting as friends reminescing, catching up on whats going on in each others lives. then take it one day at a time. or, if need be, just come straight our and ask him.

since he asked ur number n wanted to talk to u .. that shows he does think of u in some way.. he might think U guys were close n he liked speaking to U then.. so he migh want to talk to u
I think the best way to find out wat exactly he thinks is giving him your number.. U can talk to him.. dont ask him directly if he still cares for u.. he will let u know somehow if that would be the case.
I think he misses talking to U n wants to talk to u .. whether he still cares for u.. only he can tell.
