You need to give more details. Kuwait is very strict on it's passports, but what was your status in Kuwait and what is your citzenship? If you are an escaped servant, you really woldn't want to go back ever I should think.

I have no idea. If they are a country under muslim law then you outta stay away, unless you are a muslim. Then you might have a chance of surviving. What do you mean by "escaped?" Were you an indentured servant?
