These are the Muslim beliefs about Jesus Christ:

Islam sees Jesus Christ as a Messenger/Prophet of God but not His son. (Quran 005.72)
According to Islamic beliefes, he was sent by God to spread the belief of a single God who is not begotten and does not beget. (005.75)
He was born of Mary, a virgin who is the most respected woman in Islam. (Quran 003.42)
He could talk in his infancy and was blessed with a number of miracles. (19.29)
He asked people not to ascribe divinity to him, knowing that his virgin birth could lead to such ramifications.
He did not really die on the cross but God lifted him to himself and he will return.
He is to return one day to gather the good to his side.

These statements sum up the Islamic beliefs about Jesus.
Gos bless you.

Jesus Christ(pbuh) is seen as a Prophet of Allah/God.

He is known as 'Isa ibn Maryam (Jesus son of Mary).
He was born as of a miracle birth, but he is not the Son of God (the same way as Adam is not the Son of God).
He performed miracles, because Allah gave him the power to do so.
He was taken up to heaven before he died on the cross, and is still alive today.
He will return in the end times, fight the Anti Christ, and restore peace to the world.
He will also recognize Muhammad(pbuh) as the last Prophet and Islam as the true religion.
He will also clean up all the sects and differences in Islam, and spread Islam in the world.
He will die 40 years after returning (not sure about this one).

Thats how Islam sees Jesus (pbuh)

The Islamic view of Jesus lies between two extremes. The Jews, who rejected Jesus as a Prophet of God, called him an impostor. The Christians on the other hand, consider him to be the son of God and worship him as such. Islam considers Jesus as one of the great Prophets of God and respects him as much as Abraham, Moses and Muhammad. This is in conformity with the Islamic point of view of the oneness of God, the oneness of Divine guidance, and the complimentary role of the subsequent messages of God’s messengers. The essence of Islam, which is the willing submission to the will of God, was revealed to Adam who passed it on to his children. All following revelations to Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and finally Muhammad were in conformity with that message in addition to some elaboration to define the relation between Man and God, man and man, man and his environment, and to live according to God’s instructions. Thus, any contradiction among revealed religions is viewed by Islam as a man-made element introduced into these religions. The position of Jesus in the three major religions: Judaism, Christianity and Islam, should not be an exception.
Although the Qur’an does not present a detailed life-account of Jesus, it highlights the important aspects of his birth, his mission, his ascension to heaven and passes judgements on the Christian beliefs concerning him.

Jesus Christ is one of the greatest messengers of God who was blessed with miraculous powers and who was born of a virgin (Mariam) as a sign for the tribes of Israel. He will return to earth to fight the antichrist in the last days and will lead the faithful in prayer. Jesus will be asked by God if he told the people to worship him (Jesus) and Jesus will deny that. God will also ask him if he said he was the son of God and Jesus will deny that as well. In the Koran it states that Jesus was not crucified but was taken up to heaven to be with God and a form likened to Jesus was put on the cross. The Muslims are awaiting the return of Jesus son of Mariam as he is known in the Koran. Each time the name Jesus is mentioned (on him be peace) should be said. Jesus is among the most revered of messengers who was sent to fulfill the prophecy for the Jews.

Islam sees Jesus as a Prophet and it is the responsibilty of all Muslims to respect and love Jesus and respect his followers (e.g. don't burn down churches, don't be nasty to Christans etc etc).
Mary is treated with just as much love and respect (I mean come on she is the one and only Virgin Mary). She's mentioned in the Quran, just like her son.

JC was in fact a prophet, of GOD,
and Mohamed, was the prophet of ALLAH!
That's as I see it although, I am Cof E, and practise tolerance of all faiths!
