We could do that.
Or we could wait for Bush's economic plan to kick into high gear and growth will generate the revenue to pay. That's how the U.S.S.R. used to do it. Before they went broke, that is.
Or, we can use Bush's original idea. We'll use oil from Iraq to pay for the war.
Or, we'll just leave it as Federal Debt for the next Democratic President to take care of. That's how Ronny and Bush 41 did it.

No, the economy of the US can handle the war ok for now.
