you may be referring to the tenets of taekwondo which are (varies from dojang to dojang) perseverence-etiquette-modesty-indominitable spirit-courtesy. and the present masters also vary from country to country but internationally it is generally considered (in WTF) to be grandmaster ki ha ree since the passing of general choi-well as far as i am concerned this is the only man who should wear the tenth dan.
