What kind of international calling cards are the best?

Where can I purchase something like this?
Thanks I don't have a clue!

Try Call Philippines Card. From USA to Philippines the rate with toll-free access and maintenance fee is 9.5 ¢ /min. No connection fee. If you have similar questions, go to International Phone Card Review

Well, there are some many options in the market. you may encounter IP calls like yahoo or skype but you will need to use the computer, the rates are a little bit higher than using a prepaid card and voice over IP is not always good.

Then you have regular cards that come with regular fees, cards with hidden fees, and finally you can get a clean card. The best option is always going to be a clean card, a card without fess at all, that lets you use the whole balance until it gets expired. If it is rechargeable, even better, that way you can rollover the unused cents you got and keep talking without changing the pin (private identification number) of your phone card.

Here you can find some info on how to use call cards and a document from the FTC that tells you how to choose your card

Every single online distribuitor is going to request the name of the country first to offer you the rates options. If you choose the lower rate don't get a high value card and use it all in a one shot call. Here are some links in SEA countries

You can check http://www.eecalling.com to compare and find the best deal for calling cards call South East Asia. All calling cards don't have connection fee.

Usually you need to choose the county you want to call.

If you don't call a lot, the best one is without maintenance fee and rounding is 1 minute or less.

Depends on where you're calling from and exactly where you're calling to in SE Asia.

Personally, I like SpeedyPin International Phone Cards:
