How about baking a bread, there are so many recipes you can find on the web that can inspire you, or you can get a good cooking book. Here is one of my simple and nice recipe you might like to try. Bread With Courgettes: Makes 1 x 700 grams (1 lb) Loaf. Ingredients: 175g (6 oz) Plain Flour. 175g (6 oz) Soft Brown Sugar. 10 ml (1 tbsp) Baking Powder. 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Salt. 85g (3 oz) Walnuts pieces, chopped. 2 large Eggs, beaten. 85 ml (3 fl oz) Sunflower or Vegetable Oil. 175g (6 oz) Courgettes, grated. 5 ml (1 tsp) Orange or Lemon Zest. Grease a 700g (1 1/2 lb) Loaf tin. Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F / Gas Mark 4. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl and add the walnuts. Beat the eggs and the oil together, then mix into the bowl with the grated courgettes and the orange or lemon zest. Mix quickly together, spoon into the loaf tin, and bake for 50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack. Try and enjoy.
