i could never wake up at 5 o' clock :)). however... maybe a timetable is not the thing for you...because you have to learn to do it well. you might exaggerate a bit on how much to work or on how much that work will take. why don't you just try to make a priority list and estimate how much time each activity will take? and then just take it one step at a time. another golden rule is decide when to break. like "my breaks are not less than 30 minutes apart". and then, when you need to break, do it, cuz otherwise you won't be able to concentrate anymore and you'll only be thinking about your break (and this means the activity will take you more time to finish)...but keep it short. 5 minutes or less. just enough to go to the bathroom, eat an apple or read a refreshing article in a magazine to clear your mind. don't make it longer cuz else you'll be returning to do your work only after an hour or two :D. of course, after each activity, you should have a longer break, like 30 min, or 15 min...unless you're sick of the former activity and are sooo anxious to start the other one, of course :P.
good luck!

When you make a time table you will never stick to it! Make a schedule in a day, i.e. from 4 to 6 you will sit down and take your books out and go thru them, maybe not for studying but for curiosity. If you are curious enough, you will get involved, do this for 20 days and you will get addicted to studying! Every habit is formed with consistency, don't give up!

Do you have ethics..
Do you have self-based and set principles..
Do you have an urge to be successful in life.....
If Yes...

Whenever you think you are going out of what you should be doing ... Just think of these factors.. See yourself as a criminal of time..

On the other hand... I would personally prefer one to do that what one feels like at any point of time... When you feel like listening to music..Do it... Follow your heart and know where and when to draw the line.. As long as you can do that your deviating from your fixed time table a bit isn't being in-disciplined..
