theres this girl i havent seen for like 3weeks maybe more. now i see her at school in the dining room. i dont have her phone number. whats a slick way to ask for her number? can i tell her that she is a cool and funny person (bc she really is) and i would like to have her as a friend? does that seem kinda weird?

The idea is there but the technique is a losing battle. Start by saying hello and walking by...after a few days, sit and say a little more--see if she will even talk to you--she may or may not. if a week or two of easy chit chat goes alright--ask for a number. Don't do the idiotic calling every 15 minutes thing--don't be a pesty kid--be a man, say hi and after a while ask for an easy date to a nice place. All this hinges on an adult, mature approach---but she may not even want to talk so take a shot and GOOD LUCK--just be nice--don't be alittle boy fool

Yea, just be honest. Talk to her, get into what you think about her and before you guys split ways, just ask her for her number because you want to call her for all the reasons you mentioned. There's no need to find a slick way to go about doing this, just be real. Games are the worse and usually so detectable when someone asks for your number. Good luck!

Sounds like you really like the girl...So this is what you do walk up to the girl and say the first thing that comes to mind. Since you want her number you will have to obviously introduce yourself. So do so and talk with her; if she is nice she will talk back with you. Be yourself after speaking with her for so long it will probably be 10 times easier for you to just ask her for her number. If you are nervous use that to you advantage. The fact that you said she is cool and funny means you have noticed so tell her so. Be yourself.

look i am so sorry for not calling you for all this time i think you did give me your phone number ,but i lost my cell phone. so i would feel so happy and so glad to be in contact with you again, because i can't really tell you how much i missed talking to you and i promise you i'll never loose it again. and then wait for a few weeks and ask her for her email just to have another contact with her. and if you like her you can even ask her for a date.
1) choose a best place
2) dress nice
3) bring her a box of chocolate or flower.

There are many ways of killing arat,the best way is to do it in wise way,any way after you get the phone number what will you do with it?
why cant you just approach her and try to tell her what you would have told her over the phone infact you will find it more interesting that way.

On a slip of paper, write down your phone number and E-mail address. Smile and make eye contact when you give it to her.
You don't necessarily have to say anything, she'll get the picture.
If she calls or writes you back, you've now got her number and E-mail address.

just flirt a little with her, and also you can offer her sth like a cup of coffee. then ask for her phone number. BUT i think her E-mail is much more better ;)

tell her that you've been meaning to talk to her, and you know something coming up that you know she would love and you want to invite her to, ask for her number, and give her a call in a few days to invite her out somewhere...
