There is a man who lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Everyday he gets the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work.Upon returning from work though, he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way unless it\'s raining! Why

Coz the man is short and cann't push the button for top floor in the elevator when he wants to go to top floor.

He is a midget. He can't reach the button for the top floor unless he is carrying an umbrella, which he uses to push the button he can't reach otherwise.

He's very short. Like a dwarf or something. He has to use his umbrella to punch the top button. He's also mentally challenged, or he would take a cane with him to whack the button when it's not raining.

I get the answer from the rest but what if there is someone else in the lift they can also help him to press the last button dont you think so

The man is short and can only reach halfway up the elevator buttons. its raining then he will have his umbrella with him and can press the higher buttons with it.

Becoz he is a dwarf and he cannot reach the lift button for his floor......
