I can only do it 8 times... lol. But then again I'm 5'7" and 134lbs ;). Honestly, 200x10 is great for anyone... that would put your max aroun 270. Also quite good, I might add. Keep up the strong lifting!

I have done that test since I was in college back in the 80's. I stick in the 8-10 rep range these days. I can still get 405x10 on the flat bench or incline.
