I don't know your age, but you might get more problems with a jet-lag and if you still can't sleep in the airplane (I con't know if you ever tried) you will be like sh*t when you arrive in Colombia.

It is never a good idea to vary from your normal sleep patterns--the jet lag will mess you up anyway. I find flying exciting so I never sleep--but a meditation technique of closing the eyes and picturing something pleasant can help after the take off. have fun and enjoy your trip.

I wouldn't. It's not a comfortable sleep. Your legs will be more sore because when you're aleep, you don't move as much. You will end up feeling sick after the flight. And if you're not careful, you might fall asleep at 4am and miss your flight.

Sure why not, you'll have a good 4 hours or more depending if you have connections. I just rather sleep and wake up and be there.

I know I wouldn't. I have never caught one wink on an airplane.
