Ive been working my abs for 2-3 months and im to lazy to do cardio, also I eat alot of calories and protein so it isnt easy for my to lose weight since I need alot of food for my body building, I was just wondering this, its not big just a layer over the top.

Depends on how shallow they are.

But honestly it doesn't matter how much you work on your abs, if you don't do cardio it's never going to matter...
