98 GMC SAFARI mini van-no power going to door locks.cant find fuses or relays?

checked above the foot pedals and in the engine compartment.
where is it!!

left side of the steering wheel just above the park brake release behind a pull-off cover on the lower part of the dash..

glove box or when you open either of the front doors (not sure which one) look on side of dash. if not there look in owners manual or ask mecanic or dealer
