Sit-ups! They work wonders. Also any excercise that makes you raise your knees above your belly button. Always remember to suck all the air out of your tummy (make it tight) while you excercise. It works faster that way.

Purchase the tummy tuck and exercise with it for one hour daily. Also eat frugal dinner without rotis or rice. Have a breakfast containing fruits and butter milk. In the lunch take anything except fats.

Well there are some that are for un tummy and lower.
so do Crunches, sit ups, and jack nives
THEY WORK GREAT!!!
At the begining you will be a little sore but soon you wont mined them at all!

good old fashion crunches because sit ups usually bulk up the stomach and even if you're thin it'll give you a bulky appearance so stick to crunches and some card even if it's just walking a bit every day

Any exercise that focuses on your core...I like pilates, but there are alot out there now. If you want to do it the good old cheap way Sit ups. But there are pilates tapes out there, don't get me wrong it will not be easy. But it can be done.

they have this one thing in the gym where I work out at where you put your feet in these two braces and lay your stomach on this pad and you can bend your head toward the ground and then come back up. As you do the exercise, you bend at the hip. You can sure feel it in your stomach!!!

sit ups and help in lessening RICE and other CARBO...another thing, after eating, avoid sitting down! Stand up for about 10 mins to let the food go down....
