If you are on the computer a lot, you need to get up and stretch for 5 minutes and do head and neck exercises. While sitting straight, lean your head forward to your chest for about fifteen seconds, then look up at the ceiling for about 10 seconds, and the turn your head to the right as far as possible for a few seconds, repeat on the other side. Be very careful to come back to center for a few seconds before going to any other movement. This may not prevent hunchback as you mentioned, but it relieves stress. If you are feeling hunchbacked, go for a physical exam and discuss this with a Doctor. I could be a form of scoliosis which there are treatments for. Good luck.

See the link below:
PERSONAL NOTE: Once upon a time, I worked as a sewing machine operator for a clothing manufacturer. The work entailed resting my right shoulder on the specialized machine to attach the neck binding to the "T-shirt". After several months, my back and shoulders practically 'stoved up'. I mean it hurt so bad that I took OTC pain medication regularly. It hurt to 'straighten up', too. Well, my physical appearance was ultimately affected by the posture that I used on that job. I was eventually moved to another operation that encouraged correct posture...after several months, it was back to my regular physical posture.
I suggest that you wear a wide belt or a back brace to encourage and remind you to square yourself while typing or reading on the computer. Posture and poise are important aspects of presentation at home and at work. It affects how others interact with us. I was hardly spoken to during my breaks at work...it was as if everyone was feeling my pain with me. It hurt them to look at me.

what it needs is your continual awareness. you need to consciously put posture into your focus and posture your body as you perceive good posture to be. this is somewhat like programming your mind to end up with the desired result.
many things have been achieved by peoples' minds. the most miraculous, in my opinion, is overcoming cancer (the killer disease).
another helpful hint: try finding a book that will instruct you in stretches. even when you are idle, in one position, for long periods of time, stretches will help to ease any tension body parts may be experiencing.

What I find that works (at least for me) is to walk backwards uphill. I know how odd it sounds, but I'm hoping you're one who tries without judging.
Good luck!
