I just made chili for the first time. I used one of those McCormick envelopes and now I don't know what to serve it with. Any suggestions?

Sprinkle some cheese over the top, make some corn bread, and that's a meal. LOL You *CAN* put chili on hot dogs, rice or potatoes, but that's not really the way to eat good chili. Corn bread or crackers is about all you need. Either a dollop of sour cream or grated cheddar as a garnish. You really don't need anything else.
The only other way I really think is a GOOD way to eat it, is chili pie. That's done one of two ways...Either pour it over some fritos and sprinkle it with cheese or put it in a large ovenproof dish, put cheese over the top and pour corn bread batter over the top of that, and bake it until the cornbread is done.
Enjoy it...

I serve my chili over rice, over cornbread, over tamales, in enchiladas, in tacos, over hot dogs, over baked potatoes, or just by itself. There are hundreds of ways to serve chili! Good luck and Happy Eating!

Take your favorite corn bread batter and fire up your waffle maker! Toss in some corn, jalapenos, and or some cheese and serve up some good ol' Chili and Waffles.

Chili is almost the perfect food. You can eat it by itself or topping something. One thing is for sure though, it ALWAYS tastes better the next day. Mmm...
