cardio workouts are the best way of burning fat but resistance training is also important because the more muscle mass you have the better your metabolism. Obviously watch what you eat as well but don't follow those trendy diets which cut out your carbs. These diets may make you loose a lot of weight quickly but carbohydrates are the body's main source of energy which provides glucose for your muscles when there working.If your muscles don't get all the glucose that they need they will start getting there energy from your muscles. What i mean is that they will start to waist away and become smaller which will decrease your metabolic rate.A lot of the weight people loose when they crash diet is actually muscle mass so its no wonder that as soon as they stop dieting they regain there weight very quickly due to a poor metabolism. If you push yourself when you work out and you work out at least three times a week you will get good results

It is simply ludicrous and silly to think that you can spot tone, spot lose and spot build your body. What you do for one muscle group will impact them all in some way.
In addition and even to balance cardio, you need to lift weights. Swimming is good for both. If you don't know how to swim, learn.
Get off Micky D's and Starbucks and the like. They're all murder and will make you fat, overweight, chubby, untoned, etc.
I am providing insight without all the technical terminology. I feel that the average lay person wouldn't understand it.
Eat smaller meals every couple of hours. This will provide more of a balance for your body and will help to regulate your system better.
Eat many raw fruits and veggies a day. If you're not eating 10 of them, something's wrong.
Are crapping every time you go to the toilet? If you're not crapping after every meal, something's not right and you're constipated.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away means that an apple a day, or in every case, more fruits and veggies helps us to be regular every day.
Diet and exercise. Not one or the other. Both together. Do the right thing and live life the right way. You only have one life. Take care of your body, it will take care of you and keep you away from expensive meds.
I don't go to doctors or take meds cuz I don't need to. I've been living this lifestyle for a while and it has worked very well for my health.

yes, you have to exercise a lot, doing cardio and lifting weights. More than that however, you have to watch what you eat. Eat healthy foods, exercise a lot, and make sure you eat less calories. Eating less calories is a sure way to lose fat.
