I don't know why these other people are telling you that you can't, because I use them and it says right in the directions that you CAN. You can rinse or brush or both when they come off. There are a lot of whitening things like Simply White that you paint on and it runs off your teeth in no time, so that is why the whitestrips were created, because they stay on your teeth long enough to do the job over time. Once they're off, you do not need to keep that gunk on your teeth, and since the time the strips are supposed to stay on is limited, it's probably better if you DO rinse or brush and not let it sit too long. Trust me, I checked the directions when I had the same question!

No!!!! You must wait a while. If you rinse or brush your teeth, then all of the whitening gel is gone. You are better off to just let it sit on your teeth for a long time before rinsing or brushing.

You can, but the whitestrip can make your teeth quite sensitive. Use a "for sensitive teeth" paste, and do it gently.
What's left on your teeth is hydrogen peroxide; not dangerous to us in small amounts.

No, because its pretty much pointless if you do bruish, wait awhile.
