I have never experienced astral projection, but know of those who have. It can be (and usually is) a frightening experience. It is not advised, as there are entities on the astral plane that you are not equipped to deal with, therefore do not want to encounter. You were given a physical body on the physical plane for a reason. Stay inside your physical body!

It's not BS, it's real. I've done it many times. It's not something I like doing, so I've shut myself down from the experiences. Your soul may be travelling somewhere, but sometimes when you come back into your body you cannot move yourself even though you are fully conscious, that's why I do not like doing it.
