I swallowed a gum several years back and I saw it on X-ray. The darn thing is stuck to the stomach wall or something.

You might get a Tummy ache. that is if it went down fine. worst case scenario, someone could start choking on it. but all in all it is harmless and most manufactures take into account that someone just might swallow it by accident.

Pretty sure 1 or2 pieces is ok but it doesn't pass through. If you swallow too much you'll have to have it surgically removed if you catch it in time and hasn't intertwined through all of your intestines. Good luck

Nothing. It'll just pass. the idea that it stays for many years is just a myth.
