Rosetta stone is probably the best software.
It's a bit pricey, and comes in level 1,2, and 3. Each level is about 200 dollars.

There is no English at all used in the spanish lessons, but you don't even notice. You slowly but surely learn more and more spanish by using pictures, spoken, and written words, almost like a multiple choice, guided test, but it's in full color and very well done. It's pretty fun too. Each lesson takes about a half hour, and each level has about 90 lessons. It even grades your spoken spanish and typed spanish if you choose to.
I think that you should still get a cheap grammar and phrase book for another 20 bucks, because the lessons don't cover the ''boring" but essential grammar that well.

Si Senorita. You can try Rosetta Stone - Spanish. It comes in three levels (Levels I, II, III) depending if you're a Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced learner.
