I believe so many people are unhappy with their lives here and because they've been mislead to believe there's a benevolent being in the heavens who loves them and asks nothing more than that they glorify him forever, they believe they will be happy in the next life, so they ignore everything here and pin all of their happiness on the afterlife.

Me, I'm living up every minute I can here on earth... my son, my family, my life. I try to fix what I can, contribute to the earth and live a good, honest life. I know that's not good enough for some people... but it's good enough for me.
