I am 27 and 300 pound's I need help. FAST!!!

If you lose weight quickly you'll gain it back just as quickly. The best way is to do it slowly to give your body time to adjust. You didn't gain it all overnight and you shouldn't expect yourself to lose it all overnight either.

Doing something illegal like Crystal Meth can KILL you. You do realize that right? You could DIE. Plus it is addictive and expensive.

Just eat less and exercise more. Try to stay away from anything greasy! Limit your pizza and Wendy's hamburgers. Avoid the french fries. Go for a big green salad, lean chicken, and fish! If you can't do big major exercises, then just WALK. Park farther away from the store and walk. Walk around the mall. Walk your dog. Walk your friends' dog. Go with your friend when she walks her dog. Take a walk while you talk to your friends on your cell phone. Anything! Any time that you would otherwise be spending on the couch watching tv or playing a video game you could do a little bit of exercise.

i would say buy some weight loss pills. heard good things about lipo 6. i was just on hydroxycut hardcore, and it worked pretty good.

dont do hoodia. its an herb that suppresses appetite, but once you get off of it, your metabolism will be shot and you'll go back to wanting to eat everything in sight.

its funny, people always say on these things, "not steroids!" or "only legal!"

now i get someone who says they dont care, and you want something that they dont make illegal stuff for lol.

but anyways, at that weight, just power walking for an hour a day will get you started, and you will see some lbs. shed too. little things, like park your car at the back of the parking lot, or take a quick lap around the mall just browsing before you even start shopping. Also eating healthy. Only eat high protein high fiber foods. try to stay away from a lot of sugars and the bad fats. take carbs in moderation.

this alone will get you started.

No matter how bad you want to loose weight you can't get a quick fix. Think about how many years it took to put that weight on. If you try a quick fix all it's going to do it take it down for a while then you will gain it back. That is unhealthy. The best thing to do is to drink lots of water. Drink one full glass before you eat any meal. Drink one glass while your eating and one glass after. Do this with every meal. Exercise. Rotate on one day do 25 minutes of cardio then do weights to work all the muscles in your body (muscle burns fat). Then do another 15 minutes of cardio (walking, dancing......whatever, just get to moving) the next day do 1 hour of cardio. Other than that just watch your carbs and fat levels and it will drop quickly and you will have more chances of keeping it off.

Whatever you do don't use Meth. It will only suck the life out of you. You may think there is nothing worse than weighing what you do now, but beleive me Meth will send your life into a tailspin. Inside of you is a human being. Learn to love who you are.

weight gain does not occur rapidly and neither does weight loss.

there are a number of complications associated with rapid weight loss. there are no short cuts to truly becoming healthy and fit

Legal: cut out sweets, junkfood, drink water (enough to the point where you have to pee every five minutes and it comes out clear)exercise, lift weights

illegal: smoke crack, meth, and workout. Warning: may cause death.

I know and her anout them hoodie pills work real good . go to hoodies on the net and see what i'm talking bout just do it safe nothing is worth the strugg to do it u feel me i'm going through the same thing
