I'm not sure what you mean by choral speaking text is or means. Can you elaborate a bit on your question?

I've been in choirs since age 7, have a BA in Music, and have not heard of that.

Look through the play's of ancient Greece as the use of Chorus was a tool used in many of the Greek Drama's.
The Bacchae by Euripides uses the Chorus a huge amount and is probably the best one to get big chunks of text of of.
