Should I switch off with my shampoo and conditioner everytime it take a shower.. or is it better to just stay with the same kind?

I would suggest that you use your regular shampoo and conditioner and once or twice a week switch to a clarifying shampoo and conditioner. This helps to clean your hair from any build up that your regular products may leave. You do not need to switch every other time.
Either way it wouldn't hurt your hair to use the same product, switch every other time, or just switch once or twice a week.

change as soap build up on hair shaft.. and twice a welll all use natural as if u read about sodium laureth sulphates and ammonium that cause cancer u would not want it..
