A strong woman is one who doesn't break down every time there is adversity. She has her own informed opinions, morals, and belief system. She is not willing to compromise those things just for the sake of a relationship. She's able to be real with herself and others. She embraces her beauty, inside and out, and is not jealous or intimidated by another woman's beauty. She values life and is not ashamed of her honest feelings.

The strength of the woman is her inner qualities,like love and affection towards her siblings,respect towards the elders,kindness towards the deserving ones and the courage to protest against injustice and inhuman behaviour of others. As mother she should teach her children to be a good citizen of the country at the same time she should keep patience to bear with the wrongs of her children. she should have the maximum digestive power to digest the attitude of her near and dear ones. If she can easily digest the attitude of her dear ones, she will be definitely a strong woman.
