amarti lecha [אמרתי לך]

'I think so':
ani choshev cach [אני חושב כך]

'What are you talking about':
al mah atah medaber? [?על מה אתה מדבר]

'What do you mean':
lemah atah mitkaven? [?למה אתה מתכוון]

All the above refer to a singular male "you".

I only know:

I think that - "Ani choshev et zeh"
What are you saying - "Mah at/ata (f/m) medaberet/medaber?"

I can get them in Hebrew letters if you want.
